Great!! These did very well against the "Ts" (as the tank crews called them), mainly T-55s but I gather, also a few -62s. They had the advantage of better training, but even the well-trained Cubans (with the T-62s) also were unable to stand up to them. This is strongly influenced by the Sho't tank, and had much the same upgrades with Israeli assistance. They had laser rangefinders, engine packs for easy replacement etc. I understand they didn't use the side skirts because of the very thick bush they were deployed in.
Definitely a feather in the cap of all who worked on them and for the original Centurion design!!
